Ban This Book

This book by Alan Gratz was a single-sitting kind of read! When Amy Anne discovers that her favorite book is missing from the school library, she finally learns how to stand up for what she believes, and takes action! Amy Anne finds her voice and her classmates discover some great books, all while learning about their civil rights! This is definitely a must-read, and especially this month in honor of Banned Book Week (Sept. 23-29)!
